Terms

The current terms for this pre-upload frontend release of ClipUp.

Current availability

ClipUp is presently a frontend-only application. Selecting a file does not upload, publish, or store it. Upload service terms will take effect only after production storage is connected and clearly announced.

Acceptable content

Future users must have the right to share every clip they upload and must not use ClipUp for illegal, abusive, harmful, or privacy-violating material. More detailed acceptable-use terms will be provided before launch.

Expiration

The intended service permanently removes uploaded clips after three days. Users should not treat ClipUp as storage or rely on it as the only copy of any file.

Changes

These terms will be revised before backend functionality becomes publicly available. The effective production terms will be shown before anyone can upload a clip.
